“Personal skin care,” is a routine
We all know the importance of"personal skin care". The opinion about the procedure to be followed (for personal skin care) varies from person to person. Some people think that going to beauty salons every day is personal skin care. Others believe that personal skin care is simply a matter of applying a cream or lotion to your skin from time to time. And then some people think that personal skin care is an event that happens once a month or once a year. Still others are engaged in “personal skin care” all the time. However, personal skin care is neither complicated nor expensive (given its advantages). Personal skincare follows a routine or procedure to meet the needs of your skin.
Before starting the routine, you need to determine your skin type (oily, dry, sensitive, normal, etc.) And select the right personal care products for her (she may need to try some personal care products). Here’s a routine that should work for most people with normal skin.
The first thing in a personal skincare routine is"cleansing". The three major components of the detergent are oil, water, and surfactants (moisturizing agents). Oil and surfactants extract dirt and oils from your skin and then water expels them, making your skin clean. You may need to try some detergents before you find the one that works best for you. However, you should always use soap-free detergents. In addition, you should use warm water for cleansing (hot water and cold water, both of which are harmful to your skin). Be careful not to over-clean your skin and not damage it.
The second thing in a personal skincare routine is peeling. The skin follows a natural maintenance process in which it removes dead cells and replaces them with new skin cells. Peeling is just one way to smooth the skin. Dead skin cells cannot respond to personal skin care products, but they still consume these products, which prevents them from reaching new skin cells. Thus, the removal of dead skin cells is important to increase the effectiveness of all personal skin care products. Usually, peeling is done immediately after cleansing. As with any
personal skin care procedure, knowing how much peeling you need is crucial. Exfoliate 4 to 5 times a week for oily/normal skin, and 1 to 2 times for dry/sensitive skin. Peel several times more often in hot and humid weather.
The next step in your skincare routine is moisturizers. This is one of the most important things in personal skin care. Even people with oily skin need moisturizers. Moisturizers not only seal moisture in the skin cells but also attract moisture (from the air) whenever necessary. However, using too much moisturizer can clog the pores of the skin and end up harming your skin. You will be shown how much moisturizer your skin needs within a week of using the moisturizer. In addition, it is preferable to use a moisturizer when your skin is still wet.
The last thing in a personal skincare routine is sunscreen. Many moisturizers (day creams/moisturizers) come with UV protection–so you can get a double benefit from them. It is recommended to use such moisturizers every day (regardless of whether it is sunny or cloudy).
Again, experiment with various personal skin care products and also with the amount you need to apply. What gives you the best results is the best personal skin care recipe for you. However, if you have a skin dilemma, it is best to consult a dermatologist before using personal skin care products.
